Job summary

ABB E-mobility Holding is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across global regions. You will build driver-based models, perform variance analysis, and present insights to the CEO, CFO, and leadership team, shaping strategic decisions in the EV charging business.

You will partner with regional finance teams, advance digitization and AI adoption in finance, and enable robust financial governance with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or Controlling, preferably in a global environment.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
• Experience in AI usage and implementation; advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI or similar systems.
• Strong business acumen and senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to present complex financial topics clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Coordinate inputs across regions, product groups, and functions.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models and variance analysis.
• Prepare executive reports, KPIs, dashboards for CEO and leadership.
• Provide insights on revenue growth, margins, opex, cash flow, capex.
• Act as strategic partner to leadership for scenario analyses.
• Drive finance process improvements and digitization initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to harmonize processes.
