Job summary

Stahl International BV is seeking a Financial Controller who combines strong accounting expertise with proactive business partnering in an international environment. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and support corporate departments with valuable insights while contributing to our digital finance transformation.

You will manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close for holding entities using Excel, SAP and SAP BPC in line with IFRS, and serve as a trusted partner for IT, Treasury,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Financial Control, Reporting or Accounting within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Financial Control and Reporting; experience with SAP ERP and SAP BPC is an advantage.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proactive business partner with excellent communication skills and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process for holding entities in Excel, SAP and SAP BPC in accordance with IFRS.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner for Corporate functions including IT, Treasury, HR, Legal, Tax, Operations and R&D.
• Support budgeting, cost control, variance analyses and financial reporting for management, stakeholders and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and statutory reporting requirements.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization and continuous improvement.
