Job summary

Stahl seeks a Business Analyst to translate complex business data into actionable insights and partner with Operations and Commercial teams globally. You will lead Power BI dashboards, KPIs and reports to enable data-driven decisions and profitability analyses across regions.

The role emphasizes automation using AI and Copilot, improved data quality, and collaboration with Finance and IT to drive continuous improvement and stronger controls. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics & AI or related field.
• At least 5 years in business analysis, FP&A or business controlling within an international environment.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SAP and affinity with AI and Copilot.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and digitalization.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• A competitive salary: €5,076 – €6.537 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience).
