Job summary

ING is seeking an experienced Circle Lead Financial Reporting Services to drive delivery, control, and continuous improvement of its global financial and statutory reporting. You will lead a cross-border team, advance standardisation, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working while maintaining strong risk controls.

You report to the Super Circle Lead Financial & Regulatory Reporting and work with Finance, Risk, and Audit stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting for ING entities and Group

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in financial reporting within financial services.
• Proven leadership in international teams.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and internal controls.
