Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure in Rotterdam is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee financial reporting, governance, and operational decision support across Dutch entities and global teams.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, project accounting, and ensure compliance, statutory reporting, and audits, while driving process improvements and ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a finance leadership or controlling role with managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls.
• Experience in international multi-entity business environments.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English, written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Analyze revenues, costs, liabilities, credit exposure, and key financial performance indicators to forecast cash flow requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Act as trusted partner to Managing Director with financial insights and strategic support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue recognition improvements.
• Collaborate with local and global finance teams, auditors, and contract manufacturers.
• Drive ERP implementation and process optimization to enhance internal controls and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team across Dutch entities and stakeholders.
