Job summary

Ynvolve, headquartered in Nijmegen, Netherlands, seeks a Financial Controller to strengthen financial administration and reporting across a growing international organisation.

You will combine technical accounting expertise with a pragmatic approach, collaborating with the CFO and Finance team to build scalable processes and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial control, accounting or similar role.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, reliability and integrity of financial administration and reporting.
• Strengthen financial control processes and internal controls; work with Finance team.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, analyses and management information.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes.
