Elevation Group in the Netherlands seeks a Financial Controller to own complex financial streams across multiple entities, ensuring accurate intercompany flows and driving analysis beyond invoicing.

From day one you'll act as the finance point of contact, build reports, improve processes, and collaborate with the finance team; there is room to grow toward the right-hand of the finance manager, with hybrid work (1-2 days per week).

Competenze

• A completed HBO-level degree in finance or business economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in an autonomous financial role.
• Strong accounting foundation and willingness to dive into numbers.
• Analytical thinker with an eye for interdependent cash flows.
• Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems; Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintain and safeguard the financial administration and accounting, including large volumes.
• Analyze financial flows across entities to ensure coherent intercompany movements.
• Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement and act proactively.
• Contribute to further structuring and professionalizing financial processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support informed decisions.
• Position yourself as a sparring partner within the finance team, including with the operations controller.
