Job summary

Ynvolve, an independent IT systems integrator headquartered in Nijmegen, Netherlands, is seeking a Financial Controller to strengthen our international finance function. You will ensure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of financial administration and reporting, and help scale our control framework.

Working with the CFO and Finance team, you will lead month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, drive process improvements, and translate financial data into clear business insights for

Qualifications

• At least four years of relevant experience in financial control or accounting within a Dutch organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, reliability and integrity of financial administration and reporting.
• Strengthen the financial control framework.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, analyses and management information.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Oversee cost control and accounts payable.
• Prepare audit files and support audits, ensuring documentation is complete and well organised.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate financial processes.
