Job summary

Artinis & NIRx is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial administration. You will maintain the general ledger, process invoices, and handle accounts payable/receivable, with responsibilities spanning month-end close and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bookkeeping or financial administration experience.
• MBO+/HBO qualification in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Dutch financial administration.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.
• Structured, accurate and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial administration across the organisation.
• Keep bookkeeping and general ledger accurate and up to date.
• Process purchase and sales invoices, expenses and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payments and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile bank accounts, subledgers and balance-sheet accounts.
• Support Dutch VAT returns, CBS reporting and monthly close.
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
