Job summary

The role blends hands-on field work with people leadership, driving on-time delivery, KPI-driven performance, and team development from the base in Lichtenvoorde, NL with up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are delivered on time and within budget with complete reporting.
• Act as sparring partner for field service scheduling, business, and technical support.
• Monitor team performance and utilization using KPIs for benchmarking.
• Mentor employees and conduct regular appraisals and development.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members.
