Job summary

Kerry is seeking an Export Planner to manage complex international flows of goods, documentation and compliance across regions. You will oversee high‑volume export shipments and collaborate with Customer Care, the Export team, site planners and transportation partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in export/import operations.
• Understanding of global import/export requirements (US/UK/APMEA).
• Ability to manage high volumes of orders and documentation with accuracy and speed.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across functions.
• Proactive problem solving and issue escalation when needed.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system (≥6 months).
• Dutch language not required.

Responsibilities

• Export oversight for shipments to global destinations (US/UK/APMEA).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and correct documentation across regions.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Export teams, planners and transport partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation flow.
• Maintain accurate ERP data for transactional execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for customs brokers and authorities.
