Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a highly organized Global Events Specialist to join the Global Events team. You will support planning, coordination and execution of Unit4-owned events, including customer events, internal events and roadshows.

You will work within a small global team to deliver high-quality experiences, coordinate workstreams, timelines and stakeholder communications. You will help drive consistency and best practices across regions, while supporting growth of Unit4's global events program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in events, event marketing, marketing operations or project coordination.
• Experience supporting customer events, trade shows, conferences or roadshows from planning through delivery.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed marketing organization, following shared processes.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to keep event logistics organized.
• Familiarity with event platforms and marketing tools such as Cvent, Dynamics, Marketo, Asana and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate risks or blockers.
• Willingness to travel and support events outside standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Unit4-owned events including customer events and internal events.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, suppliers and stakeholder communications.
• Support venue sourcing, procurement, contracts and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate event branding, signage, AV, registration and onsite logistics.
• Support agenda development, speaker coordination and customer showcase planning.
• Help deliver onsite event experiences with preparation and issue escalation.
• Support post-event reporting, attendee feedback and lessons learned.
