Job summary

Delta Electronics, a global leader in energy-efficient solutions, seeks an ESG Intern based in the Netherlands. You will support ESG data management, reporting, regulatory research, and compliance activities within the EMEA ESG team, collaborating with colleagues across departments and borders.

This internship offers hands-on experience in ESG and sustainability, with exposure to CSRD/ESRS standards and a multinational work environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Passionate about sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken ( + Chinese will be a plus).
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Able to work effectively with stakeholders from different departments and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG data management and reporting tasks across the EMEA region.
• Assist with corporate sustainability reporting and CSRD/ESRS alignment.
• Aid in EU sustainability research and regulatory scanning.
• Support EHS documentation, compliance, and training activities.
• Help with stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.”
