Job summary

GoodLife Foods is seeking an ESG Intern in Breda to standardise and improve Sedex usage across the organisation. You will work with HR, QESH, Operations and production sites to review Sedex profiles, questionnaires and documentation, turning audit findings into actionable improvements.

You’ll gain hands-on ESG and stakeholder-management experience with guidance from an ESG Specialist. You will be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree and demonstrate structured, data-driven work style, English

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Sustainability, Supply Chain)
• Interest in ESG, responsible business practices and continuous improvement
• Structured, accurate with data and documentation

Responsibilities

• Review and complete Sedex profiles and questionnaires
• Collect and validate information with HR, QESH, Operations and site teams
• Develop a standardised approach and evidence library for all locations
• Analyse risks, information gaps and audit findings (SMETA)
• Translate findings into practical improvement actions with owners and deadlines
• Create guidance for locations to maintain Sedex information
• Support continuous ESG process improvements across GoodLife Foods
