Job summary

Kiwa is seeking an ESG Data & Reporting Specialist to own Kiwa's ESG reporting end-to-end, from country inputs to group reporting and SHV. You will ensure data integrity, identify where data do not add up, and translate numbers into actionable insights for decision-makers.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and country ESG coordinators to drive data improvements and leverage dashboards, automation and AI. This role is hybrid and based in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant area such as Business Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics or Sustainability.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with ESG, CSRD or GHG reporting is an advantage, with willingness to develop if needed.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Reporting Ownership: Own quarterly ESG and GHG reporting from country level to management level.
• Data Collection, Review & Assessment: Ensure submitted data are accurate, complete and reliable; explain deviations.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with country teams, Finance and other stakeholders to meet reporting requirements.
• Quality & Assurance Readiness: Improve reporting quality and maintain audit trails with limited assurance in mind.
• Reference Data & Perimeter: Maintain locations, reporting entities and acquisitions; update perimeter.
• Management Information: Link GHG, financial and business data into meaningful management information.
• Business Insight: Challenge performance, identify trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Technology & Automation: Improve reporting through system connections, dashboards, and AI.
