Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience with engineering applications or multidisciplinary tool portfolios.
• Experience with Jira ticketing and service management.

Responsabilités

• Own the global engineering tools portfolio across Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Testing and Simulation.
• Lead Engineering Tool Administrators and coordinate workload with internal and external teams.
• Manage software licenses, license servers, and IT integrations with cloud/servers.
• Oversee user support, service management, dashboards and incident resolution.
• Manage vendor contracts, license renewals and escalations.
• Collaborate with Digital Engineering, PLM, ASPICE and IT on continuity and digital thread strategy.
