• Qualified lawyer with employment and labour law expertise across multiple countries.
• Experience advising HR and executives on complex, non-routine scenarios.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, market leadership and central teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead central legal support for global employment and labour matters.
• Partner with senior HR and management on employee relations and restructurings.
• Define employment law guidance, templates, and guardrails for processes.
