Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams in a corporate environment.
• Strong process discipline and ability to standardise workflows.

• Experience leading offshore or distributed teams across time zones.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of eCommerce Merchandisers across seniorities and locations, setting clear expectations and delivering high-quality output.
• Own delivery of large, complex digital projects across global markets, ensuring scope, timeline, quality and alignment.
• Coach Merchandisers, assess development needs, and create plans to move people forward.
• Create transparency across workstreams with reporting, priorities, and risk escalation to leadership.
• Establish and enforce operational standards, workflows, docs, and quality gates across markets.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvement plans proactively.
• Set professional communication tone with stakeholders, guiding engagement and clarity.
• Build relationships across the organisation to raise performance standards.
