Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking an International Distributor Operations Specialist to support international distributor markets and end-to-end order management.

The role involves coordinating distributor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, and communicating updates across cross-functional teams, with a focus on data integrity and timely fulfillment. Based in Weert, the Netherlands, this hybrid position requires on-site work 2–3 days per week and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years in operations, supply chain, sales support, or related environment.
• Hands-on experience with order processing and forecasting/demand planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; working knowledge of CRM/Salesforce/ERP/Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations.
• Experience across cultures and communicating with customers by phone and in writing.
• Fluency in English and additional European languages.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end distributor order management and fulfilment for international markets.
• Coordinate distributor purchase orders from receipt to completion; ownership of status updates.
• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, availability, and forecast alignment.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, delays, shortages, or pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain allocation trackers and order data across Salesforce, CRM, ERP and Dynamics.
• Develop and analyze open-order/backlog/fulfilment reports for leadership.
