Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner Manager to join our International team in a hybrid role based in the Netherlands. You will lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory allocation, and coordination across distributors and direct markets.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in demand planning or related fields, strong analytical capabilities, and fluent English. Travel up to 25% internationally may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or commercial operations (minimum 6 years).
• Fluent English, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly demand planning and forecasting for Tandem’s international markets.
• Consolidate market forecasts and analyze forecast accuracy and trends.
• Lead monthly reviews with markets and quarterly reviews with distributor partners.
• Drive S&OP discussions covering demand, inventory health, and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue planning and dashboards.
• Identify ageing or excess inventory and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support product launches and lifecycle transitions with market forecasts.
