Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team in Weert, Netherlands. This fixed-term 12-month assignment offers the opportunity to influence European supply chain operations while supporting international growth.

You will own end-to-end supply chain processes, lead transformations, and collaborate with multiple functions to drive efficiency and scalability. Based in Weert with regular onsite presence.

Competenze

• Strong process ownership mindset with the ability to design, document, implement, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes.
• Strong ERP, reporting, and systems capability; translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, quantify impact, assess trade-offs, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated project-management and change-management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to peers and senior leaders.
• Knowledge and application of Quality System Regulations, GMP, ISO, privacy, trade, customs, and other compliance requirements preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction while collaborating across regions and partners.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting-tool capability for analysis and executive presentations.
• Experience within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals is preferred.

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, distribution and order fulfilment.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement better ways of working, and lead complex transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, Quality, IT and external partners to support execution and strategic oversight.
• Play a key role in Orion and future system implementations, translating business requirements into scalable processes.
• Balance immediate business needs with long-term improvements while planning for regional growth across Europe.
