Job summary

Defenture B.V. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive international sales and expand our presence in defense markets.

You will develop strategic relationships with ministries of defense, end users, industrial partners and other stakeholders, and translate requirements into compelling solutions with engineering and project teams. The role requires frequent travel to international exhibitions and close collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (HBO) or Master level education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in defense, automotive or high-tech systems sales.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international relationships with defense customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead or support contract negotiations and deal closure.
• Represent Defenture at international exhibitions and events.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
