Job summary

Goodman is looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join the Data Centre project team in Amsterdam. The role involves managing information delivery and ensuring compliance with Goodman’s standards across data centre projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM project delivery, strong communication skills, and proficiency in various tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and M365 platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in delivering international multi-disciplinary BIM projects.
• Practical experience as a Digital Delivery Manager, BIM Lead, or BIM Manager in the data centre industry.
• Proficiency in Common Data Environment platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for data centre projects.
• Oversee project compliance with ISO 19650 and Goodman’s standards.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
