Job summary

Goodman is expanding its Data Centre operations in Amsterdam and is looking for a Site Manager. This role involves managing all aspects of the Data Centre Campus, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and over 10 years of experience in DC Operations, with a strong understanding of technical systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills in English and Dutch are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience managing Data Centre operations with global clients.
• Proven ability to operate a DC with more than 20 MW of capacity.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative in work.

Responsibilities

• Drive success and performance of the Data Centre Campus.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.
• Lead local team and coordinate with regional departments.
• Oversee P&L and customer relevant reporting.

Skills

DC Operations experience

Technical knowledge (UPS, HVAC, power distribution)

Leadership and team engagement
