Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related engineering or CS field.
• 5+ years in data center O&M management or quality engineering.
• Familiar with controls system architecture and logic optimization.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS systems and infrastructure equipment; able to work with Modbus/BACnet/SNMP/MQTT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of operational data integration from BMS/EPMS at overseas data centers.
• Organize local FM/FE teams to create and update CMDB topology diagrams.
• Lead teams in surveying and optimizing EMS measurement points.
• Coordinate alarm convergence, EOP integration, and emergency response drills.
• Assess controls technology optimizations and standardize recurring solutions.
• Conduct risk inspections, change reviews, and site audits.
• Drive deployment of controls technologies across data centers for automated control.
• Oversee suppliers' on-site work including deployment, commissioning, operation, and policy configuration.
