Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, CS or Engineering).
• Data-driven mindset with numerical proficiency and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
• Programming skills in Python or R, with willingness to expand technical knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Excellent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Interest and experience in financial services and risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on analytical challenges and tailor solutions.
