Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Amsterdam is seeking a Global D&T Category Manager to architect and drive end-to-end sourcing strategies across the D&T ecosystem. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape global procurement and lead strategic supplier negotiations to deliver long-term value.

With responsibility for cloud, enterprise software, digital solutions and IT consulting, you will influence technology spend across HEINEKEN's global markets and collaborate across functions to enable digital

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT or related field; professional qualification like CIPS or MBA is desirable.
• 7–10+ years in strategic procurement, with at least 5 years in Global IT/ D&T procurement.
• Broad knowledge of the global IT supplier market including ERP, enterprise tech, SaaS, Cloud, IT services and/or professional services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies and lead complex negotiations.
• Ability to understand complex D&T transformation projects and translate requirements into procurement strategy.
• International exposure in a multinational environment and experience with cross-border stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Category Management: develop a 3–5 year global procurement strategy for the D&T category.
• Commercial Negotiations & Sourcing Execution: lead RFxs, supplier selections and high‑value negotiations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Digital Transformation: align procurement with HEINEKEN's digital roadmap.
• Supplier Relationship & Risk Management: manage strategic tech partners and mitigate risks.
