Syngenta Group in Enkhuizen is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join the Flowers Seeds Operations team. You will be the key link between customers, Sales, Supply Planning and operations, managing orders end-to-end and helping deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role requires at least one year in customer service, strong English, proficiency with ERP systems like PAT/ABS and Excel, and a structured, calm, collaborative work style.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, sales support or office administration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience with PAT / ABS or comparable ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• A structured, analytical and process-oriented way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure or with demanding customer situations.
• A collaborative mindset and confidence in working across different teams and cultures.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer orders accurately and on time, from entry and confirmation through to delivery, billing and follow-up.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and Sales colleagues, responding promptly to questions, order changes and special requests.
• Monitor order availability, shortages and unconfirmed order lines, working closely with Supply Planning and Sales to find the best solutions.
• Proactively communicate order status, delivery changes and potential sales opportunities to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process administrative activities in PAT / ABS, including order entry, credit notes, pre-payments and customer master data.
• Prepare logistics, delivery, invoice and sales reports, including KPI analyses and ad-hoc queries.
• Handle sample requests, customer claims and non-conformities in line with agreed processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strong customer-service standards across the team.
