Job summary

ofi, a global leader in cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices, seeks an International Customer Inquiries Manager to coordinate responses, product and quality information, and documentation for Olam Cocoa. You will support Sales, PLM and Quality Assurance across international markets.

Responsibilities include handling questionnaires, improving replies, and developing a tracking system to capture evolving customer needs while staying ahead of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in the food or pharma industry or related QA.
• Ability to work creatively with spreadsheets and databases.
• Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Can run projects independently while being a team player.
• Excellent English; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questionnaires and documentation for cocoa products.
• Improve responses to questionnaires, requests and audits.
• Create recording and cataloging structures to track customer needs.
• Anticipate customer needs based on trends in chocolate and cocoa.
• Participate in seminars to support the company position.
• Stay updated on regulations impacting handling of questionnaires.
• Contribute to account development strategies.
