Job summary

Based in Amsterdam, Warsaw, or Bangalore, the role requires strong data analytics, KPI design, and change management capabilities to drive savings and better service delivery across global sites.

Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent in administration, economics, or procurement.
• Proven experience developing vendor management programs and KPIs.
• Experience leading contract negotiations for large agreements.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vendor management governance, policy, tools, and standards for CRE.
• Manage vendor relationships with top 20 vendors and interface with CRE and Legal.
• Lead change management, training, and communications for vendor processes.
• Design and track KPIs, collect data, and report savings and performance across regions.
• Oversee supplier management, invoicing, POs, and contract renewals.
