Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking an accounting-focused professional to support the corporate income tax function across the Netherlands. You will assist in the preparation of corporate income tax returns and align tax positions with internal reporting.

Qualifications

• HBO degree or university degree in (IFRS) accounting with interest and affinity for international tax accounting
• Interest and affinity in tax
• Some knowledge of accounting and consolidation software (SAP, Tagetik) and MS Office
• 0-3 years experience in accounting and/or tax accounting
• Analytical, financial savvy, problem solving
• Self-management and able to cope with time pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining, analyzing and providing calculations for all corporate income tax positions in group reporting
• Assist in implementing global tax structures and projects to optimize tax positions
• Assist in allocation of corporate office costs to group companies and prepare TP documentation
• Assist in submission of Dutch corporate income tax returns with review of external counsel
• Assist in annual return to provision process and annual tax position overviews for all entities
• Assist in discussing Dutch corporate income tax return and positions with Dutch tax authorities
• Assist in tax compliance (Master File, Local File, Country-by-Country Reporting, Pillar 2)
