Job summary

Kiwa is seeking a Corporate Controller to own the head office cost base, covering corporate functions, IT, and transformation projects, with charge-outs to 35+ group entities. You will partner with HR, IT, Quality and other corporate functions, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or related area.
• 5–8 years of experience in control, audit or advisory in international environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cost controlling across corporate departments, IT and transformation projects.
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and allocations for head office costs.
• Coordinate and explain charge-outs to group entities with country finance teams.
• Maintain transfer pricing alignment and robust documentation with Tax.
• Partner with HR, IT, Quality and other corporate functions to support decision making.
• Improve cost control processes and data quality, and support ad hoc analyses.
