Job summary

Kiwa, headquartered in the Netherlands, is seeking a Corporate Controller to own the head office cost base across corporate functions, IT and transformation projects. You will coordinate budgets, forecasts and actuals, and partner with country finance teams for charge-outs across 35+ countries.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in international finance, fluent English, strong data analysis, and experience with ERP, Excel and Power BI. Hybrid work in Rijswijk with some on-site presence is offered.

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or related field.
About 5–8 years of experience in control, audit or advisory in an international environment.
Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
Strong data analysis, ERP, Excel and BI (Power BI) skills.

Responsibilities

Own head office cost base across corporate functions, IT and transformation projects.
Prepare, coordinate and monitor budgets, forecasts and actuals for corporate spend.
Provide variance analyses and insights on head office costs and project spend.
Calculate and explain charge-outs to group entities with country finance teams.
Maintain transfer pricing alignment with Tax and robust documentation.
Partner with HR, IT, Quality as senior budget owners.
Support the CFO and executives with analyses and presentations.
Improve cost control processes, allocation models and reporting.
