Job summary

Robin Radar is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to determine how we speak to the world, our customers, and our team. You will work with Content Marketing, Sales, HR, and senior leadership to build a sharp internal rhythm, drive PR in key markets like the US, and deliver clear updates to customers.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and play a major role in keeping our global reputation strong as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of B2B corporate communications or PR experience.
• Experience with defense/aerospace/robotics or deep tech is preferred.
• Proven track record in media relations and managing PR agencies.
• Strong writing and executive positioning capabilities.

As our Corporate Communications Manager, you own how we speak to the world, our customers, and our team. You work side-by-side with Content Marketing, Sales, HR, and senior leadership – building a sharp internal communications rhythm, driving PR across strategic markets like the US, and delivering clear updates to our customers. You report to the Head of Marketing, and you're a big part of why our global reputation stays strong as we scale.

What you'll do

• Corporate narrative and messaging: Own global corporate communications guidelines, public disclosure policies, and core messaging. Keep our communications calendar aligned with Content Marketing to ensure seamless executive messaging, thought leadership, and PR announcements.

• Global PR and media relations: Lead media relations by directing our external PR agency and building strong relationships with priority journalists. Drive proactive coverage around company milestones, product launches, and events, with a focus on the US market.

• Executive positioning and media training: Prepare senior leaders for high-profile interviews, keynotes, and speaking opportunities. Deliver media training, craft key messages, and position our leadership as trusted industry experts.

• Internal communications rhythm: Build structured internal communication flows that keep leadership and global teams aligned. Partner closely with HR to deliver engaging internal messaging that reinforces our culture.

• Customer and partner communications: Coordinate clear and timely announcements around major company developments, partnerships, and product milestones. Work across Marketing, Sales, and Support to keep all customer-facing messaging aligned.

• Cross-functional alignment: Manage the corporate communications calendar alongside Content Marketing and Events. Ensure every corporate moment reinforces our market position and brand values.

What you bring

• 5–10+ years of B2B corporate communications or PR experience

• Strong preference for a background in defense, aerospace, robotics, or deep tech

• Proven track record in media relations, managing PR agencies, and building international press coverage

• Commercially driven and strategically minded with exceptional writing and positioning capabilities

• Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills

• Comfortable operating autonomously in a matrix structure and scaling environment

• Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior leadership

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
