Job summary

Citi is recruiting for a Global Network Banking role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences for multinational corporations. You will onboard and implement clients, manage credit processes, and coordinate service delivery in a cross-functional team across SAMs, RAMs, PAMs, and product partners.

The role offers exposure to cash management, trade finance, FX, and advisory solutions, with a clear pathway for career progression within Citi's Corporate Banking network.

Qualifications

• Sound Banking and Services product knowledge and understanding of operational processes and KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Relevant experience in managing credit requests, monitoring credit lines, and coordinating with internal credit teams.
• Proven track record of resolving client issues, managing escalations, and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives.
• Understand client drivers and support SAMs, RAMs, and PAMs in origination activities.
• Identify and originate low-complexity opportunities. Actively contribute to business campaigns, including account planning, wallet sizing, and corridor or product initiatives.
• Credit Management: Manage credit requests in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor credit lines and elevate exceptions.
• Onboarding & Implementation: Own the end-to-end client onboarding experience, from initiating CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
• Understands and can support with Client, Credit and Legal documentation
• Service Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving client escalations.
• Facilitate day-to-day operational flows and track client feedback.
• KYC Ownership: Act as the designated KYC owner for a portfolio of clients.
• Take responsibility for completing and maintaining accurate client profiles.

Skills

Fluent in English

Mastering Dutch language is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
