Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Amsterdam seeks a seasoned Global Network Banking professional to manage client relations, onboarding, and credit coordination across multinational corporate clients.

You will serve as the central contact for SAMs, RAMs, and PAMs while ensuring KYC compliance and smooth onboarding. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder collaboration, risk awareness, and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client management or a related role in financial services.
• Solid banking and services product knowledge, with understanding of KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Experience in managing credit requests, monitoring credit lines, and coordinating with internal credit teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional client relationships and support origination activities with SAMs, RAMs and PAMs.
• Coordinate credit management and monitor credit lines and escalation exceptions.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation, including CRM requests and post-implementation follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for client escalations and manage day-to-day operational flows.
• Act as KYC owner for a portfolio of clients, maintaining accurate client profiles.
