Vanderlande is seeking a Global Category Manager to shape and execute category strategies across regions. You will lead global strategic sourcing initiatives, develop RfX documents, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.

You will act as the Supplier Relationship Manager for strategic suppliers, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across a global procurement organization.

Formación

• Fluent in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
• +3 years in procurement or supply chain, strong category management understanding.
• Experience with sourcing methodologies and S2P tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned categories globally, translate requirements into sourcing strategies and lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives.
• Develop sourcing documents, evaluate proposals, negotiate, and conduct auctions.
• Serve as Supplier Relationship Manager and drive supplier performance and risk mitigation.
