Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related field.
- 5 years of Capital Project Management experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
- Technical expertise and continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for the overall Capital Program Development and Implementation for the Etten-Leur facility.
- Drive and manage capital program execution by monitoring progress, modifying plans, and initiating corrective actions.
- Lead from conceptual engineering through final hand-over, including CloseOut of financials and administration.
- Develop and present business cases during Corporate Capital Budget Reviews.
- Handle projects across process equipment, reliability/maintenance, utility, or civil domains.
