Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking an experienced Global CAPEX Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategy and commercial execution for high-value, global CAPEX projects. You will partner withEngineering, Design and Project Management to shape specifications and drive value across multiple sites, ensuring technical performance and lifecycle cost are prioritized in supplier selection.

The role requires an engineering degree, extensive CAPEX project experience, and a proven ability to operate autonomously

Qualifications

• Engineering background with ability to judge technical-commercial tradeoffs.
• Proven capability to translate engineering requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management across global, regional and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy and execution for complex global CAPEX projects.
• Provide category strategy, supplier intelligence and governance to regional CAPEX teams.
• Challenge specifications and shape sourcing strategies early in the lifecycle.
• Translate technical requirements into robust commercial packages with clear deliverables.
• Assess suppliers on technical capability, project execution, lifecycle cost and risk.
