Responsibilities

Analyse processes, systems, and ways of working across countries.
Translate business needs into clear problem statements and structured requirements.
Identify opportunities to standardise, harmonise and simplify.
Support decisions on standardisation versus local adaptations.
Surface risks, gaps, and dependencies early.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, Product and IT.
