Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Media, Design, Business, HR, or related field.
  • Strong interest in branding, communications, storytelling, marketing, design, or employee experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support global branding and communications initiatives.
  • Assist with campaign planning, activation, and reporting.
  • Help create presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive materials.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Support content creation across digital, social, and internal channels.
  • Assist with brand governance and consistency across materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creative teams.
  • Support AI-enabled marketing, content, and communications initiatives.

About the role

Global Branding, Talent Brand & Creative Intern, you will support a broad range of strategic branding, communications, talent brand, content, and creative initiatives within the Global Branding, Communications & Marketing team. This internship offers hands‑on experience across global campaigns, employer branding, storytelling, social media, content creation, design, communications, brand governance, AI‑enabled marketing, and employee engagement. You will work closely with experienced branding, communications, creative, digital, and marketing professionals on high‑visibility global initiatives that help strengthen how Wolters Kluwer shows up internally and externally. Depending on your interests and background, you will have the opportunity to specialise and build experience in one of three focus areas: Global Brand, Talent Brand, Creative Design.

Core responsibilities
  • Support global branding and communications initiatives
  • Assist with campaign planning, activation, and reporting
  • Help create presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive materials

    • Help optimise and maintain the Global Brand Portal
    • Assist with brand reporting and performance measurement
    • Support thought leadership and reputation‑building initiatives
    • Contribute to corporate brand materials and storytelling assets
  • Talent brand track
    • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
    • Help create employee stories and culture‑focused content
    • Assist with social media storytelling and employee advocacy
    • Support People of Progress and Colleague Experience Promise initiatives
    • Monitor employer branding trends and competitor activity
    • Help strengthen candidate and employee engagement experiences
  • Creative design track
    • Create digital, social, and campaign assets
    • Support video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
    • Help develop presentations, infographics, and creative content
    • Assist with AI‑powered creative workflows and design tools
    • Support internal events, campaigns, and employer branding activations
    • Contribute to creative asset libraries and content production
What do you bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Media, Design, Business, HR, or a related field
  • Strong interest in branding, communications, storytelling, marketing, design, or employee experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
