The Storytelling Company is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead international AV/IT sourcing, negotiate deals, and manage logistics to keep global projects on track. Based in Halfweg/Zwaag, you will partner with project teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries within budget.

You should have 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, experience with international shipping and customs, and strong negotiation and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally with international scope.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing logistics.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to juggle priorities.
• Familiarity with procurement and planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the full procurement process for international AV/IT projects.
• Source and negotiate deals for hardware, software, and related services.
• Maintain relationships, including customs and compliance handling with local partners.
• Coordinate global shipments, including customs and compliance handling with local partners.
• Track deliveries and resolve shipping or sourcing issues.
• Keep oversight of procurement timelines and budgets across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and finance to align needs.
