Job summary

Weareact3 is seeking a hands-on Community & Creator Manager (f/m/d) in Amsterdam to build and grow athlete, creator and community programmes for leading brands. You will sit at the intersection of sports, culture, creators and brand, combining hands-on project management with a keen eye for new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in community, creator, athlete, sports or influencer marketing.
• Existing network or strong understanding of the creator and sports landscape.
• Willingness to travel and work globally.

Responsibilities

• Own athlete, creator and community programmes across accounts from planning to execution and reporting.
• Be the day-to-day lead for athletes and creators, building relationships and coordinating product, travel, activations, events and support.
• Bring ideas to the table by spotting cultural and community opportunities to strengthen campaigns.
• Grow existing relationships with a commercially curious mindset to expand partnerships and activations.
• Connect global strategy with local relevance by identifying local ideas to bring global concepts to life.
• Collaborate with creator platforms to manage campaigns, analyze performance and optimize growth.
• Build and maintain a strong network across athletes, creators, communities and the sports/culture landscape.
• Work with partners and internal teams to turn ideas into impactful activations and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Guide and support team members to ensure quality across projects and workstreams.
• Stay close to culture to understand happenings across sports, creators, social and communities.
