Job summary

DRIFT is seeking a proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to join our global team. You will develop and follow up on sales opportunities, build relationships with collectors, galleries, museums, and partners, and help guide projects from initial conversation through installation and after-sales.

You’ll work with the Gallery, Commission Liaison, Marketing, Production and other teams, taking initiative to own opportunities and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Around 2–4 years of sales or client management experience.
• Experience with high-end clients in luxury, art, design or similar environments.
• Experience directly with clients and taking ownership of sales opportunities.
• Commercial mindset with relationship-building ability.
• Proactive, organized and good at following up on actions, leads and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on new leads and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with collectors, galleries, museums, institutions and partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and other client-facing materials.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather pricing, timelines and project details.
• Track actions, deadlines and next steps to keep opportunities moving.
