Job summary

Packit is seeking an Artwork Coordinator to lead the packaging artwork process. You will liaise daily with design agencies, suppliers, customers, and colleagues to ensure timely, accurate packaging delivery in line with brand identity.

You will be part of the marketing team, coordinating projects from briefing to approval while maintaining quality and consistency across languages, and ensuring all details meet corporate identity standards.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level working and thinking with creative problem solving.
• Accurate, stress resistant, and able to monitor processes and deadlines.
• Interest in the international nature of the position; strong language skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, coordinating, and following up on packaging projects.
• Creating clear briefings for design agencies based on guidelines.
• Checking artwork for texts, information, and technical details.
• Evaluating design proposals for concept, appearance, and print specs.
• Maintaining an overview and progress across multiple projects.
• Keeping in contact with design agencies, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Maintaining packaging and product photos in our systems.
