Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities: invoices, payments, and queries.
Review invoice coding, VAT treatment, approvals, and documentation for accuracy.
Resolve supplier and accounting issues while maintaining high-quality records.
Analyze aged payables and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion.
Partner with Property Management, Operations, Accounting, and stakeholders to support needs.
Contribute to process improvements, system testing, and AP enhancements.
Provide cross-team support to drive efficiency in a multinational finance environment.
