Job summary

Brunel in Amsterdam is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to drive daily usage of NEO and other AI tools across regions. You will train teams, remove adoption barriers, and help operationalise governance to make compliance practical.

You will spend significant time on the road presenting to regional teams, delivering training, and ensuring that what looks good on paper translates into real daily usage. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution.

Qualifications

3–5 years in digital or AI adoption, change management, rollout in an international corporate environment.
Proven track record driving adoption of digital or AI tools across regions or business units.
Experience designing training and communications for non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with structured change management methodologies; certification is a plus.
Comfort with AI governance or compliance topics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of NEO and AI solutions across Brunel regions with measurable value.
Identify and remove adoption barriers—process, culture, or organisation.
Build regional momentum by tailoring approaches to context and audience.
Develop adoption metrics beyond login counts, including business impact.
Conduct root cause analyses when adoption stalls and act quickly.
Own post-launch lifecycle: feature updates, refresher enablement, knowledge base.
Identify scalable opportunities to improve existing AI solutions and inform product roadmap.
