Job summary

Brunel is rolling out AI solutions globally and seeks a specialist to drive adoption, enablement, and governance. You will train regional teams, remove barriers, and ensure sustainable usage of NEO and other tools across multiple regions.

The role focuses on bridging legal, IT, and business teams, with heavy travel to regional sites. You don’t manage a team, but you provide structure and execution to enable a successful AI rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital or AI adoption/change management in an international corporate environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder communication across regions and functions.
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of NEO and AI solutions across Brunel regions with measurable value.
• Identify and remove adoption barriers across processes and cultures.
• Build regional momentum by tailoring approaches to different contexts.
• Develop adoption metrics beyond login counts and monitor business impact.
• Own post-launch lifecycle: updates, enablement, knowledge base.
