Job summary

AB InBev is seeking a hands-on 3PL Operations Manager to drive transport and warehouse performance across export, import, and domestic operations. You will lead monthly reviews, ensure KPI excellence, and manage a USD 10–15M budget in a complex, international setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in logistics or related field with ~3 years in logistics, fluent English, and strong SAP/TMS/WMS experience. Dommelen/Eersel (NL) on-site position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with ~3 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Fluent English; Dutch language preferred.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reviews with our main 3PLs, covering safety, quality, KPIs, and financials.
• Drive improvements in key transport KPIs and address operational issues with urgency.
• Serve as the main operational contact for Prague, breweries, domestic teams, and DCs.
• Manage asset and inventory processes, including counts, stock accuracy, and materials (pallets, blankets, dunnage).
• Oversee warehouse utilization, stock projections, and reverse logistics of empties.
