Job summary

Huttopia is looking for a Travel Agent who speaks German and English to support reservations and answer inquiries at the Utrecht office. You will handle emails and calls, make quotations, adjust bookings, and upsell services while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will learn about Huttopia destinations and campsites, work in a small team with a relaxed atmosphere, and enjoy a regular schedule that includes some Saturdays. The role is full-time, 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (written and spoken) required.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or English preferred.
• Experience in customer contact.
• Friendly, customer-oriented and clear telephone voice.

Responsibilities

• Make quotations for reservations.
• Make changes to reservations and handle cancellations.
• Actively selling extra services (sheet rental, cleaning, etc.).
• Advise customers about Huttopia campsites and destinations.
• Handle reservation requests by phone and email.
